The Oakmont Technology Learning Center (OTLC) promotes computer literacy and improved electronic communications to Oakmont residents. The OTLC is housed in the Oakmont Central Activities Complex (CAC), providing technology instruction to Oakmont residents in a classroom environment by knowledgeable volunteer instructors and their assistants. Desktop computers are available to students or they can bring their own personal laptops and devices to the class.
